• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the same packaging as received, including any promotional gifts or accessories.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Return Process

1. Initial Contact: Email us at info@velairshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond promptly with detailed instructions.

2. Product Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect item).

3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

4. Refund: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Customs and Additional Charges

If the return is not due to an error on our part, all shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. If any customs charges are incurred upon return, that amount will be deducted from the total refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Exceptions

• Items on Sale or with Special Discounts: Non-refundable unless defective.

• Custom or Personalized Products: Cannot be returned.
